Each training plan is created specifically for you based on your schedule, needs, limitations, and capabilities. You fill out a simple questionnaire to help me tailor my proven training plans to your needs. Price includes 1 week of communication via email or text.

5k

8 week – $45

This 8 week training schedule is for the runner who is not totally new to running but wants to do their first 5k. If you run every week, this is the plan for you, otherwise I would recommend the 10 week schedule below.

This 10 week training schedule is often referred to as the “Couch-to-5k” plan. If this is your first 5k and you are new to running, I would recommend you start here.
