I believe in working as a team to create the best plan to reach your goals!
One problem with the rigid plans you find out there is that most of us have busy lives. Whether you want to run 3 days or 7 days, I will look at your schedule and your goals and try to find the best fit for you. There is not a one-size-fits-all. I can have multiple clients with similar goals, and they might all take very different paths to get there. I can suggest what might give you the best results, but ultimately it has to be something realistic that you can live with and commit to for the weeks it takes to reach your goals.
To get the most out of your training, we need to be communicating often. Your feedback will allow me to tweak your schedule and adjust for improvements, as well as possible setbacks. A stagnant plan won’t do that. This will get you to the starting line of your goal race healthy and as strong as possible.
I’m here for not only a schedule, but accountability and encouragement. I take my coaching personally. The more I know you, the more I can help you. I don’t believe in standing on the outside and just feeding you a training schedule. Each client is important to me, and I want to develop an open and honest relationship – we will celebrate your success together!
